• MMI will provide you with a comprehensive, Certified DV Report that is fair and easy to understand. We have been doing DV Reports for many years and will not just tell you what you want to hear, we’ll tell you what you need to know!
• MMI provides a free diminished value claim consultation. Complete the DV claim form on line and we will contact you shortly after to discuss your potential claim. Completion of the online form provides the most information related to your accident and will allow for an in-depth consultation. If your preference is to contact us by phone, this is always an option.  Should you choose to call us, it is recommended that you have on hand the year, make and model of the vehicle, the location of the damage, the total cost of repairs and the name of the at fault party’s insurance company.
• Normally, an inspection is not required unless litigation is expected.
• We provide an expert, independent Diminished Value Appraisal Report, with a full explanation of why your vehicle’s value has been diminished
• MMI provides information on the steps you can follow to submit your claim with the at fault party’s insurer
• We provide several different levels of Diminished Value Reports. Our entry level report uses historical data from our previous reports to establish your DV. This report establishes a “Pre-Accident” value and a “Post- Repair” value of your vehicle. It includes a copy of our Survey and a review of your repair bill. Our standard report is similar to the entry level report but we locate current comparable vehicles and use them to establish the DV. Our inspection reports are priced on a case-by-case basis, please call for more information.
